1. Quality Guarantee


We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the freshness or quality of your produce, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a replacement or refund.

2. Ordering and Payment


Online Orders: Place your orders through our website for home delivery.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, and other secure online payment options.


3. Delivery Policy


Delivery Areas: We deliver to [List of Delivery Areas]. If your area is not listed, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your location.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made between 10:00am- 11:00 pm  7 Days a week. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 8.30pm.
Delivery Fees: A delivery fee of $1.99 applies to all orders. Free delivery is available for orders depending on community .


4. Returns and Refunds


Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours. We accept returns for spoiled or damaged items and will offer a replacement or refund.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment.


5. Cancellations and Modifications


Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours  before the scheduled delivery . Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.
Order Modifications: If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request.


6. Sourcing and Availability


Local Sourcing: We strive to source locally as much as possible. Due to the short harvest season in Alberta, it is not always feasible to source everything locally year-round. We are committed to supporting local farmers and ensuring the freshness of our produce.
Product Availability: Availability of products may vary based on seasonal and supply conditions. We will notify you of any substitutions or out-of-stock items.
